Understanding the Demo Wallet
The demo uses a virtual wallet initialized at 1000 coins. This balance persists locally and is distinct from any external account. You can manually restore the balance to exactly 1000 if it falls below 10 while idle. This action preserves any fractional carry. Reloading the page ends an unfinished draw without refund. Coins cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for real money.
Game Mechanics: Square Types
Square Types uses eight fair binary symbols. You collect distinct contiguous values equal to two copies of a nonempty word. The score is the sum of their lengths once per value. One whole captured stake covers this complete independent fair binary word. You can choose a score power: raw, squared, or cubed. Each mode is separately normalized over all 256 equally likely words to a 96% expected gross return. Changing the power changes the return for the same raw score; it does not change the symbols drawn or guarantee a profit. Auto starts at most ten draws; Stop cancels future draws while the current one settles. Settings and refill are locked until settlement and the queue finish.
Payouts and Probabilities
The gross payout is calculated as: 0.96 × captured whole stake × raw score raised to the selected power ÷ the mean for that power. Separate exact means are [9.328125, 102.21875, 1279.3125]. All 256 possible words have a raw score between 4 and 20. The selected power changes the return, not the raw score. Expected gross return is 96%; this is not guaranteed net profit. Simulation measurements are supporting sample observations, not the mathematical payout law. For example, measured RTP for power 1 is 96.05%, for power 2 is 95.92%, and for power 3 is 96.06%.
Controls and Settlement
One stake covers the entire eight-symbol word. Auto10 queues at most ten captured draws. Stop cancels future draws only. Sound remains available. Settlement takes about 480 ms, or sooner when reduced motion is enabled. Stake, mode and refill are locked while active and through any auto queue. Fractional carry persists across settlement, refill and reload. Settled balance persists locally including zero. Busy controls prevent changes during active play.
Privacy and Storage
The source uses browser localStorage for settled demo balance and fractional carry. This does not establish anonymity or exclude other processing. The template declares a Google Fonts stylesheet. These code observations do not establish the absence of other requests or processing. Demo account flow is none. Demo payment flow is none. Virtual coins have no cash value. The absence of account or payment controls in the demo does not prove that no personal data are processed.
Time Limits and Help
This guide is intended for adults aged 18 and older. It has no implemented age gate, account-level blocking, or self-exclusion service.
Choose a stopping time before starting, take breaks, and set a personal virtual-coin limit. Stop if the activity affects sleep, work, relationships, or other daily needs. Seek qualified local support if needed. Virtual coins and balance restoration do not make excessive use harmless.
Frequently asked questions
Can I withdraw my virtual coins?
No. Virtual coins have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. The demo wallet is for demonstration purposes only.
How do I restore my balance?
You can manually restore the balance to exactly 1000 if it falls below 10 while idle. This action preserves any fractional carry.
Does reloading the page refund unfinished rounds?
No. Reloading the page ends an unfinished draw without refund or resume. Only settled balances persist locally.
